We recommend paying by paper check mailed directly to your community’s lockbox or your bank’s online bill pay as there is no fee for these payment methods.
If you still wish to use KliknPay to make your payments, please note that KliknPay assesses a technology fee of 3.95% when using a credit card account or debit card account to make payments, and a $4.95 technology fee when making a payment with your bank account or ACH. CAMCO Services does not receive any portion of these transaction fees.

Make a Payment With KliknPay
Before proceeding to make a payment please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the detailed KliknPay instructions below.

KliknPay Instructions
On your computer or mobile device, please visit www.camcoservicesny.com and then choose “KLIKNPAY – MAKE A PAYMENT”.
1) Creating a KlikNPay Account
Sign up by providing the Account Number and Full Name of Official Owner on your account.
- Your account number is the eight (8) character unique identifier found above your name on the enclosed coupons; it begins with the letter “t” and is followed by seven (7) digits (you must use a lowercase “t” in your account number regardless of whether your statement or coupon has an uppercase “T”)
- When inputting the Full Name of Official Owner, please follow the exact spelling of your name as it appears on the enclosed coupons or account statement, including the “&” symbol, if applicable.
You will be asked to provide your first name, last name, e-mail address, and create a password that must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number.
2) Setting up a Payment Method
Once you have created an account and are logged in. Please click the “Payment Methods” tab at the top of the page. On this page, you will add the bank account, credit card, or debit card you will use to make payments.
If you are using a bank account, you will need to provide the following information:
- Type of account (checking or savings)
- 9-digit ABA routing number
- Bank account number
- Your name as it appears on your bank account
- A nickname for this payment method
If you are using a credit card or debit card, you will need to provide the following information:
- Cardholder’s name
- Card number
- CVV2
- Expiration date
- Billing address
3a) Scheduling a One-Time Payment
Please click the “Overview” tab at the top of the page. On this page, you will be able to schedule a one-time payment by clicking the blue button for “Schedule a One-Time Payment” and providing the required information. You will need to select a payment send date, payment amount, and your payment method.

3b) Setting Up Recurring Payments
Please click the “Overview” tab at the top of the page. On this page, you will be able to set up a recurring payment by clicking the blue button for “Set Up New Recurring Payment” and providing the required information. You will need to select a payment send date, payment amount, your payment method, and duration of your recurring payments.
Please note: When selecting the “Type of Payments,” please select “Fixed monthly amount” and enter the amount of your monthly common charges. KliknPay is not always able to accurately detect the “Current monthly amount due,” so it is best to select “Fixed monthly amount.”
4) Transaction Information and Service Fees
Pay using CARD:
– A 3.95% technology fee will be assessed for each payment made with your credit card account
– A 3.95% technology fee will be assessed for each payment made with your debit card account
– $5,000.00 maximum payment amount for each credit card transaction
– $5,000.00 maximum payment amount for each debit card transaction
– The technology fee applies to each one-time payment and each instance of a recurring payment
– Payments made via check or cash will not incur a technology fee
– Payments initiated on weekends, holidays or after 5pm ET/2pm PT will be processed on the next business day
– Allow up to 2 business days for payments to be credited to your account
– Your financial institution may limit the maximum amount you may use on your card account. Please contact your financial institution for details.
Pay using BANK ACCOUNT
– A $4.95 technology fee will be assessed for each payment made with your bank account
– $200,000.00 maximum payment amount for each transaction
– The technology fee applies to each one-time payment and each instance of a recurring payment
– Payments made via check or cash will not incur a technology fee
– Payments initiated on weekends, holidays or after 5pm ET/2pm PT will be processed on the next business day
– Allow up to 2 business days for payments to be credited to your account
– Your financial institution may limit the maximum amount you may use on your bank account. Please contact your financial institution for details.
